LAMONT'S FITNESS STUDIO
My name is Lamont Connor, I am an AAAI/ISMA Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Consultant. I'm also certified as a Precision Nutrition and Tabata Instructor. I played 4 years of college football at Bowie State University, where I developed my passion to help others obtain and maintain a Healthy Lifestyle. While playing college football at Bowie State University (1992-1995), other players, students, friends, and family members use to always ask me to train them and help get them in shape. Having success training others and transforming their bodies inspired me to help as many people as I can. Throughout the years I've studied and obtained various fitness and nutrition certifications which aided me with helping many clients loss weight, transform their bodies, and improve their overall health.
ABOUT MY PROGRAM
Lamont's Fitness Studio offers in-person and online small group training to help individuals loss weight, body fat, inches, and gain strength, lean muscles, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Nutrition guidance and diet programs are included.
Within a Godly, friendly, and family atmosphere, the program will transform your mind, body, and soul; and most importantly your health.
The program is a small group, high intensity, interval training (HIIT). The workouts consist of circuit training and will change from day to day, no gimmicks; basic, effective, efficient exercises, using body weight, dumbbells, resistant bands, exercise balls, ropes and a creative imagination. Modifications are made to fit every fitness level.
The program also offers nutritional guidance, an 21 Day Flat Stomach Fix, a recipe book, meal plans and progress reports.
